Terms of Use
1. Content
SearchKing, Inc. explicitly prohibits the mis-representation, misuse, misleading,
its information, the information found within its Portal Network or the Portals
themselves. Any false, real or implied, information will result in the immediate
termination of the reseller from this program and may result in forfeiture of any monies
generated.
2. Using Our Content
SearchKing will provide the headers and footers as well as the body of the content.
The headers footers will contain your site information, logos, etc. as provided by
you. We will keep the body of the content updated with any and all changes that may
occur in relationship to the Portal Network Submission Service. The information
within the headers, footers and the body of the page will be delivered to your site from
our servers for which we will provide you a link. If you prefer, you can maintain
the headers and footers on your server and we will deliver the body.
3. Using Your Content
You have the option of using your own content to provide the information on the
Portal Network Submission Service. You however will be totally responsible for ALL
said content and responsible to acquire any updates or modifications to the program.
You will accept all liabilities and are held accountable for all the terms of use
held herein these Terms of Use as outlined in #1.
4. Fees
The reseller fees are
$99 per year. We reserve the right to raise the price at our discretion without prior
notice. Any price increase or modification will not take effect until after your
current agreement has expired, in effect, one year (365 days) after the date of your
signed agreement.
