INVENTORY Inventory is what we call available ad
space. We get that inventory from a network of partners. The partners ARE the network for
without them there would be no advertisers and the advertisers is where the money comes
from.
If you don't know what page rank is, you are going to have to learn before becoming a
part of the PR Ad Network because how much you can charge for an ad is based on the page
rank of your page.
Until Google came along, there really was not much value associated with sites that had
links pointing to them. We used to all link to any site that we felt added value to our
own visitors and that is just how the web worked. This is EXACTLY why Google decided to
base it's way of determining which sites were good and which were bad on link popularity.
The thinking was that just using a spider to determine quality wasn't as good as
assuming that if a site linked to your site, it was a pretty good indication that your
site had some value that a spider couldn't see. They were right obviously as now the net
at large has made Google the definitive search resource on the planet.
There is a reason that you have a high page rank. The reason is you have worked hard,
built a good site and now there are other sites who have little choice but to link to you
because you have built a good site.
Get it?
The problem is that just having a high page rank doesn't necessarily mean you get a lot
of traffic. You may have a specific topic or niche that appeals to you and that is what
your site is about. Your site gets traffic, maybe not a lot of traffic in internet
marketing terms, but if you have a high link popularity, all of a sudden, your site has
value. More value than you may have realized.
Until Google placed a value on links, few internet marketers would be willing to pay
many niche sites for advertising. The conventional wisdom since 1995 is, "if it
doesn't send a million hits, it's not worth it". Well that thinking is wrong! At some
point the world is going to wake up and realize that internet advertising is no different
than TV or radio advertising. It should not take a million hits to make 100 sales.
Advertising is not about showing your ad to everybody. It is about showing the right ad to
the right people.
What needs to happen is more advertisers find more niche sites to target their ads
better.
We believe there is value in your site. What you attract are real people with real
eyeballs making real buying decisions everyday. The advertisers are a fool not to see what
your market can bring to their plate. Many advertisers DO know what a bargain smaller
niche sites are, they just have a hard time finding you.
We believe you have a right to be validated by making enough money to at least cover
your expenses and justify your time. We believe if more niche sites don't find a way to be
compensated fairly, there may not be many niche sites left on the net soon.
You used to be able to make a little money off of banner ad networks and some still do.
But the fact is that entire market has fallen on VERY hard times. In 1998 a site with good
traffic could demand and get as much as $50 a thousand impressions for banner rotation.
Today, you'd be lucky to get 50 cents. Now page rank has a value. Now internet marketers
want something you have. A link. I say, let them pay you for it! They spend thousands with
Yahoo submissions, SEO's and the big sites, there is nothing wrong with them spending some
of that with you! We make no guarantee whatsoever, either explicit or
implied, of increase or decrease in your PR as an inventory partner. We have no idea of
what kind of things you may have done to your site in the past or what you may do in the
future. If your site has been penalized or banned by any third party, we have no control
over that.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
You need to contact us to sign up.
We need some information about you and your site that a form simply can not handle. You
can call our office toll free from 9am until 5pm Monday through Friday except for federal
US holidays or send us an email and tell us where and when to contact you.
Once we have the information to represent you, we will review your site and let you
know you're approved or why if you're not. Sign-up

Joining the network is free to you.
We only sell the ad space you do not sell yourself. In other words you are free to sell
anything from your site you choose. It's your site. You owe the network nothing from
anything you sell. You always have the final say over what you accept or reject. We will
never pressure you to take any ad. When we get an advertiser, they will list their text ad
with us by category or keyword so that we can better target the right match. We then
select the best match from within that category. We use a rotation system to determine who
to send what ads once the category or keyword is selected.
Once you are selected, we will email you the 5 or 15 word text ad and the URL to link
it to. You reply within 48 hours if you accepted the ad and where it is placed. We then
forward that to the advertiser. You are free to contact the advertiser if you wish, but if
your strategy is to undercut the network by going behind it's back, it won't be long
before the network will not be representing you. You MUST reply to us or we won't be able
to know who to pay.
Once the ad is running, we send you half of everything we collect from that advertiser
or reseller by the 15th of the following month. To see how we charge the clients, read the
